At 2" x 12" these are the perfect casings for making smaller summer sausages for putting with crackers or slices of cheese. Each casing will hold 1 pound of meat. The come with strings attached for ease of hanging while cooking. They will be pre stuck with holes to allow the air to exit the casing when filling with your mix. This will allow a tighter pack of the meat for a better finished product. Soak these for 30 minutes prior to using. This will make it easier to stuff.
